Shipping Policy

At Ellen Rosen Apparel, we handle inquiries on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of ensuring customer satisfaction. Each request is treated with fairness and reason. We believe that treating our customers with respect and fairness encourages them to be polite and reasonable in return.

Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at support@ellenrosenapparel.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 business days of your notified delivery date. Exchanges are only accepted for unworn, non-damaged apparel. If the item we receive is damaged, we will not be able to process your exchange as requested. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.

Shipping destinations

We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on every order for a limited time! Normally, we provide free shipping on orders over $150. We ship to nearly every country globally, but transit times will vary based on your location.
 

We are not held responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by Canada Post

  • Wrong addresses given by customers

  • Damage to orders by postal service

  • PO box issues

  • Stolen packages after delivery (We do not recommend the Canada Post "safe drop" option)

All orders are processed and shipped as promptly as possible through our domestic and international warehouses, using the fastest available shipping method for your location. Processing and handling typically take 1-3 business days. The estimated delivery time frame is 10-20 business days. Depending on your location, you may receive your order sooner. Please note that during peak seasons, postal delays may occur beyond our control. Other factors such as distance, customs, and natural disasters may also cause delays. Customs Fees and Import Taxes

All prices on our website are displayed in USD and include taxes covered by us. However, depending on your location and local laws, you may be responsible for duties and taxes upon receiving your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. We are not liable for delays caused by customs.
