Return Policy

Returns

We do not accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your items, please contact us at support@ellenrosenapparel.com. We are committed to addressing your concerns and are always happy to help.

Exchanges

We accept clothing exchanges within 7 business days of your notified delivery date. Exchanges are only accepted for unworn and undamaged apparel. If the item we receive is damaged, we will not be able to process your exchange. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.

Defective products

We strive for perfection and inspect each product during our quality control process. If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us at support@ellenrosenapparel.com with your order number and a photo of the product in question. We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
